    Nestled 150 km from Ulaanbaatar in the Bayan Unjuul soum of Tov aimag, Zorgol Khairkhan is a sacred peak soaring to 1686 m ASL. Revered by locals as the abode of a benevolent spirit, this colossal red granite mountain boasts diverse natural beauty, featuring caves, springs, and thriving wildlife like Argali sheep, Ibex, and Red deer. Encircling the mountain are ancient burial sites of Mongol soldiers, while shamanic customs prohibit uttering its name. Historically, it is whispered that Chinggis Khan frequented the area for hunting expeditions.
